I want you to love your hair! If you are unhappy with any of your services please contact me within 7 days of the original service. I am happy to make any adjustments needed to achieve the desire hairstyle and color that was discussed during the consultation.
I understand that unplanned problems arise. However, I hold the appointment just for you and ask if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment please provide me with at least 24 hours notice. That way I will be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and may be able to accommodate clients waiting to come in. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of your scheduled services paid in order to reschedule. Confirmation reminders are sent out 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment as a courtesy. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment or adjustments may need to be made to ensure I don't run late for my next appointment. Two no show appointments will terminate business together.
