What to expect on your first visit...

Your first visit will start with a thorough consultation where we can together create your hair design. We will discuss challenges, desired looks, and past experiences in order to create a design that will work the best for you and meet all of your expectations and goals. Every visit that follows will always start with a consultation to ensure you are happy with your hair. I look forward to building our hair relationship!

Please be sure to include the following in your message:

  • What services you are interested to schedule?

  • How long is your hair currently?

  • Are you looking to make a change to your cut and/or color or maintain what you already have?

  • Have you ever experienced any allergy or problem with a chemical service?

  • What are the best days and times for your schedule?

Service Satisfaction

I want you to love your hair! If you are unhappy with any of your services please contact me within 7 days of the original service.  I am happy to make any adjustments needed to achieve the desired hairstyle and color that was discussed during consultation.

Cancellations/No-Shows

I understand that problems arise. However, I hold the appointment just for you and ask if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment please provide me with at least 24 hours notice. That way I will be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and may be able to accommodate clients on my wait list. Confirmation reminders are sent out 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment as a courtesy.  Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Two no-show appointments will terminate business together.
